WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Shipment time will depend on which item you ordered. With our Free Shipping method, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email. Several days may pass between package scans.

TRACKING A SHIPPED ORDER.

Your order should arrive by the Expected Delivery Date. You may receive Order Confirmation Update emails confirming that your order is preparing to ship soon. Customer Care Associates do not have access to when your order will ship. We appreciate your patience.

NOTE: During busy times of the year, we may be experiencing slight delays in sending Shipment Confirmation Emails.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED.

  • Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Asia, this allows us to skip out any unnecessary overheads and pass on our savings directly to our customers.
  • Your product will arrive within 10 to 15 business days. Delivery time may vary due to shipping location, merchandise availability and holidays.
  • Delivery timescales can take longer during busy times of the year so it may be necessary to allow longer during these busy periods.
  • We may ship products by ground or air; our shipping speeds don't correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services.
  • Our shipping methods typically apply to business days only, not weekends or holidays. Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Please check your spam mail folder if you did not receive one.
  • Some packages may require a signature. There is a slight chance that your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.
  • We're not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions.
  • All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

MY ORDER IS SHOWING AS "DELIVERED"

In some cases, carriers will mark a package as "delivered" when it is Out For Delivery that day. We recommend checking for a "Delivery Attempted" notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package.

NOTE: Check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

MY ORDER IS LATE!

We recommend checking for a "Delivery Attempted" notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At BULKOFFERS.COM we wants you to Love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. We have a 30 day unconditional return policy. If you have any questions, please send us an email to info@bulkoffers.com or just give us a call.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

To return an item please obtain an RMA number from us by email at info@bulkoffers.com or just give us a call.

Returns are processed within 10 business days after receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

NOTE: If you Choose to be refunded in BULKOFFERS.COM gift certificate credit, we will send you an additional $5 gift certificate once your refund has been processed. This does not apply to late returns, and is limited to one bonus credit per order. No cash value..

Please note the following

  • Returns must be in its original, UNWORN condition, within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please include the reason for the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Use protective box or wrap with thick paper.
  • BULKOFFERS.COM recommends you to ship your package with insurance using a trackable shipping method.

Final Sale items

  • Items with a price of $10 or less are Final Sale.
  • All Gift cards, Halloween Costumes, Lingerie, and Intimates are Final Sale.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Fashion items / Styles turn over rapidly. Therefore, BULKOFFERS.COM cannot hold any item(s) for customer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instruction below:

How do I make an exchange?

All exchanges and returns are honor within 30 days of purchase.

  • Find the item you wish to exchange for.
  • Purchase it like a brand new order, checkout & PAY for it immediately.
  • You will receive a new order number for the new purchase.
  • Follow the return policy to return your unwanted items.
  • Please write "Exchange" and the order number on the return checklist.
  • We will issue you a FULL refund including Shipping on the initial order (Shipping for the NEW order will not be refunded) once we receive the return.

To return your item(s), follow the instructions above under 'HOW. DO I RETUEN MY PURCHASE?' questions.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Items with a price of $10 or less are Final Sale.
  • All Gift cards, Halloween Costumes, Lingerie, and Intimates are Final Sale.

REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • All refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). Shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present / failure to claim will result in a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

WRONG / DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY

  • On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping item.
  • Please contact us when this happens, BULKOFFERS.COM will make it right.
  • We may or may not require the original item to be returned back to us.

We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong item shipped to you.

  • For all defective items please start a damage claim by contacting us at: info@bulkoffers.com
  • Send clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.

Refund will be made within ten (10) business days after receipt of package.

IS SITE SECURED? WHAT IS PRIVACY POLICY?

We respect your privacy. Any personal information such as your name, phone number, address, e-mail address, products purchased, etc, obtained through BULKOFFERS.COM is private, and is maintained by BULKOFFERS.COM in a secure and protected environment, and will never be released to any third party.

Your credit card details are secure, payments are processed through our Secure Servers which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Your credit card and personal information is encrypted when transmitted to us and are stored in Secure Servers.
